You should get in contact with VF directly. But don't use the hotline.

Use one of the recommended contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter).

Vodafone’s CallYa support account on WhatsApp made the change for me in no time. Working perfectly and I was even able to activate Visual Voicemail in the settings! 😊
