(English) Not found prepaid SIM serial number

Hello

I bought Prepaid SIM card. Then I tried to register the SIM card on the website. But I couldn't because they said the SIM card serial nunber couldn't be found. This SIM card was delivered from Vodafone 2 days ago. It means the SIM card is new one.

What should I do?
