Hi,

I accidentally ordered an add-on using Vodafone's app (Einmal-Option 1 GB) and was charged right away.

How do I cancel this? There is no option via the app or (that I'm aware of) SMS. I don't speak any German unfortunately.

Hi @Veromc,

There isn't a possibiltiy to cancel these options. The option was supplied to you promtly.

You can try to ask the customer support team. The team you can reach about these contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter).

Hey! I want to cancel so they don't charge me again next week.

I can see it's not possible to cancel the current one and get a refund!

Hi @Veromc,

In your first posting you wrote that you booked 1 GB (Einmal Option). If so, then this option runs only for 7 days. It won't extended automatically.
