Unable to activate CallYa SIM-Card with European ID Card

Hi,

I bought a CallYa sim card and I want to activate it. Neither through WebID nor POSTIdent I was able to activate it because they told me that my document is not valid.

I have an Italian ID card which is basically valid as a passport inside the EU.

Can someone help me please?
