I'm still in the process of learning German so please only English. I am trying to combine the two accounts that I have (Mobile and WIFI) but I have forgotten my customer password for the account that my phone is under, because of this I am unable to combine the two. Whenever I go to change the password through Vodafone it only changes the password on the account my WIFI/DSL is under, is there any possibility you would be able to provide me with the customer password or simply add my Mobile contract to my WIFI? Thank you for the help!

Hi @DJVK,

You can set up a new one with InfoDok 265. With that form you change your customer password by your own. But it's only in German.

Send this password via contact form to VF as I described in this thread.
