    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I'm facing the same problem as many users before me:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I purchased a CallYa Classic card from offline store via Vodafone.&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;I received the SIM card and I can make calls and use data, but &lt;U&gt;I cannot sign up to MyVodafone&lt;/U&gt; because &lt;U&gt;I was not provided with a Customer Password.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I thoroughly triple-cheched the envelope with the card and there was no Customer Password. I have checked my email and there was no Customer Password either.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I kindly ask you to help me resolving this issue by providing a Customer Password so I could use MyVodafone.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
