Hallo,

Ich bin CallYa Prepaid-Kunde und lade mein Konto online mit einer Karte auf.

Ich möchte bei jeder Aufladung automatisch PDF-Rechnungen per E-Mail erhalten.

Wie kann ich diese aktivieren?

Es gibt keine solchen Rechnungen.

Es gibt maximal eine Aufladezusammenfassung pro Monat - die kommt aber per Brief.

So if I'm a freelancer and I want to ask for the VAT back on my phone top-ups,

I cannot do that because Vodafone is not giving me the invoices ?

As @reneromann already wrote in his first post you can get a top-up confirmation monthly by post mail.

For this confirmation you should get in contact with the customer service.

Use these contact channels. I recommend one of the both social media channels (Facebook/Twitter).
