Not receiving the activation e-mail for my Callya card.

Hi everyone,

I just came to Germany half a month, that is why I use English for asking this question. I brought a Callya card at the supermarket and I followed the instruction in the manual to activate the SIM card. I filled in all the information and upload the required photos one week ago. However, I still don't receive the e-mail for confirmation of my activation. I have tried a different e-mail address, and the result is the same. How can I activate my SIM card?
