Activation of CallYa sim card not working!!

Hi,

Sorry about writing in English I'm still new to Germany, and I wanted to make it as clear as possible.

I've moved to Vodafone from a different provider with my number and I finally got the sim card, but I can't seem to activate it..the all thing is needlessly complected and it's been going on for more than two weeks now...

I keep getting referred to customer support phone numbers (like 01722290229) but it doesn't help since I cant make phone calls anymore because my old tariff is over and my new sim is not activated!!

Need help fast, please!

Hello EladT,

You bring your phone number with you to Vodafone. You will then always be informed of the date of porting. Your SIM card will only be activated automatically on this day. Please look at your documents.

Can this be activated before the porting date that is mentioned ?? I also received the SIM card .
