Call ya credit usage

Hello,

apologies my German is not so good, I go for English.
I've been charging my call ya credit for a while and now I have aroung 500 euro on it..I was wondering if there is a way to use this credit in different ways than buyng minutes/internet etc, maybe getting a phone with vodafone or..?

Any idea what can I do ?

You can only use the credit for CallYa-related activities and not anywhere else...

Furthermore we offer you the Callnow Transfer. If you have someone in your circle of friends, you can give them a gift for Christmas. You can find information about the Callnow Transfer here:

With your phone number you can also change to a Vodafone contract and choose a new cell phone. You will then receive your current credit directly on your monthly bill as a bill credit.

Hello cunegonde,

so, if I change to contract with an iPhone 13 for example, I see that I have to pay 469euro and then 39,99 montly.
Does it mean I can pay off the 469 using my Call-ya credit that will be credited once I do the contract ?

yes, that would be possible.

Please note that it can take some time to transfer the credit, so you should do this as soon as possible after signing the contract.

If the Gutahben is then in the contract account erichtlich, we can rebook it for hardware. You must also actively contact us for this.
