How long will it take for my Callya replacement SIM to arrive?

Hello!

My phone got stolen so I requested to block the SIM and asked for a replacement SIM with the same number. I was told it would take 2-3 days, but it has already been a week and I require it urgently. Does anyone know how long it usually takes? Help.

Usually 2..3 working days - anyhow the SIM will be sent to the address that has been noted in your contract back at the time that you got the card. So if you moved in the meantime, then it may have been sent to the wrong address..
