Can't activate prepaid SIM (password problem)

Hi everyone! Bought a prepaid sim at the supermarket but now cant activate it! When I start creating the password this error pops up: Upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers/special characters and at least 8 characters. Already tried a lot of password variations but none work.

Can you try only letters and numbers without special characters?

I think that is the customer password and not the internet password.

The customer password you only need then you get in contact to the customer service to verify yourself as the owner of the mobile phone number.
