[Englisch] Help with transferring / taking CallYa number to another provider

Hello everyone! I recently moved to another city in Germany and get really bad service in my area and would like to transfer my number to another provider. I tried calling but they told me to fill out and mail InfoDok 233, which I did but just now got an email that I need to fill out the form again.

Is there anyone that can help me port my number? Preferrably without having to send in another letter by post?

if u want 2 leave vodafone and export your number 2 a new provider - ASK YOUR NEW PROVIDER !!

u will not have 2 fillout a vodafone-form id u want 2 leave vodafone, I think...

normally only the new provider needs infos / forms from u (so that they can handle it 4 u)

Hi @RushHopper

Additional to @natas666 posting you have to let to deallocate your mobile phone number first by Vodafone.

Send an SMS with Opt-In to 0172 2000229. When your mobile phone number has been deallocate you'll get a SMS back.

Then you can order a new contract with your new provider to port your number from Vodafone to your new one.

Die Rufnummern-Mitnahme ist für Dich kostenlos.

Es dauert ca. 8 Tage bis Deine Rufnummer bei Deinem neuen Anbieter ist.

Gut zu wissen: Diese Daten brauchst Du für die Rufnummern-Mitnahme zu uns:

Deine bisherige Mobilfunk-Nummer
Den Namen Deines bisherigen Anbieters
Die Kundendaten, die Du bei Deinem bisherigen Anbieter für Deine Rufnummer hinterlegt hast: Nachname und Geburtsdatum.
