Hello Team,

I have lost my phone and would like to issue a new sim as everything is tied to this number. It is a callYa prepaid number and I have the Sim Jacket with me. I unfortunately have tried calling customer service but cannot communicate in German.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @AsadK,

is your mobile phone number as a contract registered via MeinVodafone website?

If so, your can order a replacement SIM card there. 🙂
