    <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to take my existing vodafone CallYa prepaid number to another provider and I've tried via the opt-in command on the chatbot and it asks for a customer password which I never received when buying the CallYa sim. Then I tried sending the signed InfoDoc 233 via contact form and it also asks for the customer password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any other way I can send the infoDoc 233 online without posting/faxing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
