Is there any problem about shipping process? Hello, I ordered CallYa SIM card. I am informed via email about shipping my SIM card on 27.05.2022. Is there any problem about shipping process?

I'm sorry you have to wait this long for your CallYa SIM card to arrive.

Have you checked the shipment status?

The email should include a clickable link leading to the status site.

There, you will find info about the shipment.

Hi @Kaan89,

the SIM card will be send by regular mail. Unfortunately, shipment tracking is not possible.
According to experience it can takes up to 7 working days.
Maybe you wait another 1-2 days.
