Hallo!

I bought 50 € cashcode at Rossman yesterday. I phoned *100*Auflade-code#, but instead of toping up my balance phone showed error message:

Deine Guthabenkarte gilt leider nicht zur Aufbuchung von CallYa-Karten. Bei Fragen wende Dich bitte an die Kundenbetreuung. (E0226)

Did I just lost 50 € or there is some way to fix that?

Hey Vadim,

Are you sure you bought one of our Vodafone CallNow voucher cards?

These are the only ones valid for topping up your CallYa account.

They should look similar to this one:

Maybe, you could post a picture of the voucher you acquired - without showing the serial number.

This way, we can see if it should work for CallYa.

Are there different topping up vouchers?

Hi @Vadim_K,

You maybe bought a voucher for Rossmann Mobil as I can see with the service phone number. If so, then it's not Vodafone CallYa.

Hallo, Mav1976! Thank you very much! You are absolutely right. Unfortunately these codes were presented in Rossmann in that oder Vodaffone 15, Vodaffone 25, Rossmann 50. Cards are mede in a similar design, so after long workday I did not notice the difference.
