Hello,

I bought a Vodafone CallYa Allnet flat S prepaid sim card for 10 euros. I have verified my information online. My line has been activated, but I can neither enter the Vodafone application nor see my contracts. When I enter my information in the application, it says there was an error and it stays that way.

I want to use CallYa Allnet flat S, but I couldn't activate it, I couldn't register. Shouldn't it be activated automatically? Can you help me?

Please send me your phone number and the serial number of the

SIM card via PM (click on my name on the left and then on "Send this user a private message" on the right).
