Callya SIM card not yet delivered

Hi,

I had ordered a Vodafone Callya Pre-activated SIM card on 03/24/2022. I got an email saying the card had been sent and delivery should be expected within 2 days on 25/03/2022. However, I have not received the sim card yet.

Is it possible to track the package? If not, how do I get to know the status of the card and when it will be delivered?
