Habe seit Januar jeden Monat eine Abbuchung über 4,99 Euro von Vodafone Düsseldorf auf meinem Giro-Konto. Habe zwei Callya-Karten. Die eine Karte ist in einem Router und wird monatlich mit 20 Euro aufgeladen (15GB). Die andere ist in einer Alarmanlage und wird bei Bedarf aufgeladen. Beide Karten waren noch nie in einem Handy und bei beiden ist Drittanbietersperre eingerichtet und mobiles bezahlen deaktiviert, zumindest seit der ersten 4,99 Euro-Abbuchung. Problem schon versucht über WA-Chat zu klären und über Callya-Servicenummer - bis jetzt ohne Erfolg.
