Hi Everyone,

I have purchased CallYa Prepaid card.

I cannot find anymore in my emails the code for Ident identification.

Do you know what to do to receive that code? Without it I am unable to register my number and use it.

Hello Umaga, you register your SIM card online here: https://www.vodafone.de/cy-reg/ Have you already entered your data? Then please check your spam folder. In any case, you received the code by email. Maybe your email address wasn't correct. Then please enter the data again.
