Mi-am cumparat o cartela SIM am facut toti pasii necesari pentru activare. Am resetat telefonul de mai multe ori dar nu pot face nimic cu cartela nu pot suna intru online.

I bought a SIM card and did all the necessary steps to activate it. I reset the phone several times but I can't do anything with the card I can't call online.

ah, I see. When did you buy the SIM-card? I guess that you SIM-card status is pending? Normally the registration shold be done within 48h.

I buyed the SIM card yesterday at 18pm and activated it at 19 pm yesterday I bought it from Penny

You can use the Callya WhatsApp/SMS Chat (daily available 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.).

There is also a mobile phone number to the customer service +49 172 229 0 229 You can choose to redirect to an English speaking agent by pressing number 4 (I guess but not sure).
