I would like to take my prepaid number to O2 and they state that Vodafone must release (but not close) the request.

I have tried to call, I have tried to find the right forms but they all are defaulting to my unrelated internet at home contract.,

Hi @Xtra,

When you want to port your number from VF to O2 then you have to fill out the InfoDoc 233 first.

You can send that form via contact form or you can also use WhatsApp/SMS chat +49 172 2000229 (daily 8am-8pm). If you use WhatsApp/SMS chat TOBi is you first contact. Using some keywords (e.g. Kündigung, Portierung etc.) TOBi should forward you to an agent.

With that form VF set the Opt-IN for your mobile phone number that you can take you number to another provider. 🙂
