    <description>&lt;P&gt;Today i have activated my callya sim card using postident but i cannot login to Mein Vodafone app because i don't have the username and customer password. İ did not get any emails regarding this and the shop i bought sim card from did not give me any information about this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;İ cannot reach Vodafone customer service because there is no English line that i can communicate with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
