Recharge Line

Hello I bought a CallYa number last week, my plan is

3 Gb internet for 9.99 euros

However i do not speak German so I'm facing a problem recharging my line online as the website and application are both in German. Can anyone help me with that please by sending me the correct instructions, or at least the link i should use to recharge my line.

Hello @Recharge Line,

You are welcome to recharge via our account server if you have bought a CallNow in a supermarket or petrol station.

You do this as follows: Dial 22922 from your mobile phone, then in the main menu press 1 (top up credit), then press 2 (redeem CallNow), then press 1 (own CallYa account).

You can also call our English-speaking hotline from 7:30 am to 10 pm on +491722290229. Choose "4" in the menu.

Hi @oreroy,

Make an update of the MeinVodafone app on v12.2.0.0, please.

With that version you be able switching the language into English. Maybe that will help you to recharge/top up your balance.
