I have a Mobilfunk-Vertrag RedS, and it's been now a few weeks that I cannot make or receive any call.

Hi Lucio7,

I do not see a general disturbance at your address. Have you ever done a so-called cross-swap? This involves inserting your SIM card into another smartphone and another SIM card into your smartphone.

In this way, you can check the functionality of the SIM card and smartphone.
