Unable to activate Red+ sim card

Hi,

I'm unable to activate my new number which I have ported into Vodafone recently. I'm following 1212 for activation but I'm not good at the German language so not able to activate my number. can you please help me to find another way for activation?

Then please write a PN with the phone number and the customer password.
