We would like to cancel our cellular contracts in three months, since we are leaving Germany. Could someone please assist us in cancelling the cellular contracts?

(We also have a Internet Gigakombi plan with Vodafone, which we cancelled since the process was well documented.)

Simply said: Cellular contracts cannot be cancelled prematurely as they can be fullfilled as agreed even if you move abroad. This may result in roaming fees - but that's fees that you accepted and signed for at the beginning of your contract.

So you can cancel your contracts - but only at the end of the contractual term.
