I have cancelled my "Smartphone + Red plan" contract, and I need to make sure that I can keep the same phone number with me but not as a contract, and I need it to be on CallYa.

***cancellation affective 21-4-2021***

fine. then you can deposited the change to Callya afterwards via the customer service. And from April 22.04.2021 you can use your previous number at Callya.
