Double bill to pay issue.

Hello, I had an open bill for the last month and had some issues paying it,

I have sent the money via my bank to vodafone for it and it's payed.

Now I recieved the new bill and it has the included bill from the last month ( vormonat ) even though

I payed it.
Can someone please clear that up so I can get the normal bill to pay for this month and pay it now?

What you see on your invoice is not "live". When your invoice goes from 17/07/2020 to 16/08/2020 and you paid on 18/08/2020, you won't see it on the invoice. You can just see the open amount in the Mein Vodafone App. I'm quite sure there was an overlap.

Hey, I have payed the last bill + the new one.
However on the Vodafone website in "mein vodafone"

The aktuelle rechnung says 46,02 euro. Something like that.
Also I have no way of contacting vodafone anymore because I left Germany and made a cancelation request when my vertrag ends this year. I only have to pay untill the last rechnung.
Also I can't access mein vodafone app on my phone and I haven't used the app in a long time because of that.
So the way I see my bills is on the website in aktuelle rechnung.

Can anyone from Vodafone confirm me in PM or something that the bills are payed?
Because I have the payment confirmations from my bank and everything.
