    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have changed my Tarrif in May 2020 and the new one comes with an iPhone. It works like this: you pay part of the device price in the beginnig and the rest is being paid during the next 2 years every month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have recieved the device. But since May Vodafon demands the full price of the phone + monthy payment for the SAME DEVICE. So with this I would pay TWICE for the same phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have been calling Vodafon support since May and NO RESULT! Today i have recieved another Mahnung with threats to ruin my SHUFA. And AGAIN the invoice is incorrect! And this is Vodafon's mistake not mine!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I literally do not know what to do! I have the confirmation of my new Tarrif in my email, but Vodafon keeps demanding the wrong amount of money!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't know if this should be in another category, but honestly I am so tired that I don't care where to place this message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
