Cannot call EU numbers / international calls

Hi,

I currently cannot call EU numbers (despite it being included in my fees).

I have spoken to three operators - one hung up, one didn't speak English, the third said it was solved (30.12.2021) but still I cannot call outside of Germany.

Anyone know what else I can do?
