Hello,

I made a phone contract for a sim in september 2019, I used up until febuary where I got stck abraod and lost service in my sim. I am now still abroad and will not be returning to germany as I was supposed to be there for a year only. The lady at the shop said I can terminate the contract any time and i was wondering how can I terminate it from abroad? Im still getting monthly recipts even though the line is not being used please help me

Hi Rima9,

thank you for your request. If you move abroad, there is no special termination right for mobile phone contracts. If that's what you've been told, it's not right.

It can be terminated at the regular end of the contract period. Where did you move to?
