Hi,

I have Vodafone M, but it is too much for me.

I want to switch to Vodafone S.

It has been more than one year since my contract started.

I wanted to do this change one day after my start date, but customer care agent told me I can do it after one year.

Could you help me to change it to Vodafone S?
