Could someone from Vodafone please get in touch with me?

This is a very urgent matter. I have no clue how to contact Vodafone at the moment.

I don't live in Germany. Please treat this matter as urgent.

I need to talk to you and explain, there is no way for me to call vodafone from outside of Germany. Emails that I sent are all left with auto-replies. I don't live in Germany.

It's a contract and possibly a legal issue.
