Good afternoon. I'm having a problem and I need help. I moved from Germany on 01/01/20 and did the "Kündigungsbestätigung" with Vodafone. I was given 3 months to cancel. So far so good. But today I found out that only "Kabel Deutschland" was cancelled and "Mobilfunk" was not. I have the ''abmeldung'' and the cancellation request (which was sent here by the forum and I got back by email). Could you help me please? I'm in Brazil and I'm not happy to call Germany.

Thanks for taking part in the Community and addressing your issue here.

You have sent 2 separate cancellation orders, one for Kabel and the other one for your mobile services, right?

Please let me know the mobile number via private message and I will settle this for you.
