Need Young tariff on my new Contract

Hi Team,

On friday (i.e, 13-Mar-2020) I have signed a mobile contract (iPhone 11 - 128 GB) with Vodafone Red S as a monthly tariff. I have asked to deduct the one time payment of 149.9 EUR from my Bank account directly. And as per RED S plan per monthly I need to pay 69.99 EUR. And for corporate customer I have been given discount of 33 %, so the toal amount I should pay is 46.89 EUR.

And I have clearly asked them that there is a plan 'Young S plan' for people aged less than 28 years and I'm eligible for it, but the Vodafone executive told me that I was not eligible. Now I could see in Vodafone.de website that the plan is available and I'm eligible for it which is around 49.99 EUR per month. And as per the corporate offer 33 % discount, the final amout should be 33.49 EUR.

So I request you to please change my tariff accordingly.

The employee benefit of 33% is not compatible with the Young tariffs. Where exactly did you see that?

Thanks for the quick confirmation. And could you please let me know was there any other plan like 'Smart L Plus + 5 (special offer)' which costs 36.99 EUR only even with contract of iPhone 11 128 GB mobile variant with one time payment of 209 EUR.

I could see this offer is avilable on one of the non vodafone website, please let me know was there any other plan which can be beneficial for me.

sorry for the late reply. The Smart L + tariff can only be booked through specialist dealers. We do not refer to their offers.

You can find our own offers on www.vodafone.de

The employee benefit is currently not combinable with the Smart L or Smart L+ tariffs.

It is available on RED XS / S / M & L. Also Smart S and M and DataGo S / M / L & XL.

The Smart L+ is available with a Young advantage. Note, however, that the Smart tariffs do not allow the use of the Vodafone Pass and the GigaDepot, for example.

Hi Team,

I have tried to change the tariff from Vodafone.de website, but it's throwing some error and asking me to connect to customer care.
Is there any possibility that I can change my tariff to Red XS ?
If yes, could you please let me know what would be the final price inluding my current contract phone's (iPhone 11) monthly price ?

The one-time co-payment for the iPhone 11 Pro with 64 GB is current:

* In RED XS 549.90 Euro

* In RED S 499.90 Euro

* In RED M 349.90 Euro

To check the tariff change I have to look into your customer account. Please send me a PN with the affected phone number and your customer password.
