Gigakombi does not work

Since I have a Combo deals of Mobile and DSL, my mobil bill should have 10 euros discount in the combo deals. In my contract, i also have 10 euros discount for 6 month. But, in my bill for the first two month, the cost was 34.99euros per month. It seems that the discounts did not work yet.
And also, the 5GB extra for mobil in the GigaKombi was not working in my bill.

Does anything i could do here?
