    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;have left Germany on the 14th of February. Before I leave, I have sent several emails to kontakt@vodafone.com and called Vodafone several times. All the response I got was "wait for a reply". However, I didn't receive a reply from Vodafone up to now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I am already outside of Germany and with no way of calling Vodafone. I am not sure whether Vodafone canceled my contract. It seems like my sim card is still working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you help me with this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;DIV style="font-family:Vodafone;font-size:18px;color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Narangoo,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm afraid no one here can help you with that. There is no right of special termination for mobile contracts when moving abroad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can terminate the contract on the regular termination date. The notice period is 3 months in advance. If the contract is not cancelled in time, it will be automatically extended for another 12 months.
