Can somebody activate this?

Can somebody activate this? I emailed customer service and they called me that they activate already but this is still unuseable! Paying 19.99 euros for several years without even using this sim. Holdup in daylight!

Hi ailyn,

did you already checked the settings of your device? Have you tried a reboot? And did you tried another device?

What exactly doesn't work? Mobile data or calling someone?

yes did everything. Other phone etc...

using it and trying to call has error:

Not registered on network.

should be vodafone. But nobody is helping. Just sucking my 19.99 euros per month.

Hi ailyn,

You mention that "using it and trying to call has error: Not registered on network."

If you are using a data price plan like Vodafone DataGo, you can only use it for connecting to the internet, incl using message apps and so on.

Phone calls are not possible when using a Vodafone DataGo SIM.

If you want, you can send me a private message and I will check if everything with your tariff and service is set right.

Hi MichaM,

A customer service rep called me at last!

Now its confirmed I only got DataGo S. Only data and no calls.

Next question: is this possible to get to an eSim? I checked in meinvodafone and it always says error, please try again later.
