On 18.12.2019, the stuff of Vodafone called me and told me that I can decrese my monthly paymemnt from 42.99 euro to 15.99 euro and I asked him more than 4 times that if it charge me more or it will extend my contract. He said not, this month I will pay 42.99 euro and from next month, I will pay 15.99 euro for each month.

But today I realize that he is cheating me and give me a new constract which has 15.99 euro for an additional card which is Red+.

It is fully fraudulence and I think I was cheated with this, even I asked him many times for if I will pay more about this ,he said no, you have even 60% off.

And also when he make the voice record, he said he can only make in german but I can't speak german, and he ask me just say yes or ja, he told me that what in this contract is what he told me before.

I would like to know how to make an complain to Vodafone
