    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm asking for help here since as an English speaker there is no way to get to the customer service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently applied for Red M+ contract to be able to bring in my partner number into my contract and we share data and cost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After lots of back and forth, I've realised that it is not possible to migrate her number to my contract, which is turning my Red M+ contract obsolete and pointless.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way I can cancel the M+ contract if the migration is not possible ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help is much appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So you temporarily get a new number from us and this will be replaced by the ported number. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But please note, that a belated number porting is only possible when the phone number comes from another provider. If the current number is in a contract or prepay card from us, you either need a contract transfer or a change from CallYa to a contract. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;BR,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Dany&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
