    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm posting this here because I had no luck with finding an English speaker operator to answer my questions.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have 2 contracts with Vodafone: 1 for the GigaCube and the other for Internet cable (both started in November 2018&amp;nbsp; ).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm moving out of Germany and I've already de-registered from KVR. Send Vodafone 2 letters to cancel the contracts earlier and I included also a copy of my de-registration paper. I got a reply for the Internet cable contract saying that they are processing my request and that the contract end on Nov 2020. No reply for the GigaCube.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I need to understand why the contract are not cancelled starting next month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What's the status of my GigaCube contract?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do I need to bring more proof that I'm leaving Germany?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where should I send the router? Can someone help? I'm becoming a bit desperate because I'm moving out in a few days and I still haven't managed to cancel these contracts.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've managed to get touch with customer support on whatsapp (using google translate). They received my de-registration paper but apparently is not possible to cancel the contracts earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't understand why. Why it was possible for other people in the same situation as mine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I missing? Can someone please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The article refers to Kabel contracts as well&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
