International IBAN for Online new subscription

Hello , (I am sorry I am very bad in german so I prefer to ask in english)

I wanted to order a Gigacube for a new subscription online , but when I tried to enter my IBAN , it told me that I had to call a certain number because it is an International IBAN, but I cannot call that number because I have a french phone number and my current subscription does not authorize to call special numbers abroad . So how could I do it please ?
