Moving from CallYa prepaid to Vodafone Red Contract

Hello,

I have two prepaid CallYa numbers (for me and my wife) which we've been using for half a year. Now I decided to move to Vodafone Red Contract, and ordered new sim-card online, stating that I can move my old number with me, and connect my wife's number as a partner card.

Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to transfer my number to the contract, and how to order partner card keeping the old number as well.

Plus I realized that I don't know my prepaid Kundenkennwort for both numbers

Can someone please help me with moving my old phone number to the contract, and also retrieve my prepaid Kundenkennwort

Hi @StanPolishchuk,

Moving from CallYa to an postpaid contract is only possible like described in following link: https://www.vodafone.de/hilfe/prepaid/aus-callya-wechseln.html#wann-und-wie-wechsle-ich-aus-callya-in-einen-laufzeit-vertrag

You chose the wrong way. It's not possible to transfer a CallYa number to another contract within Vodafone.

Regarding the customer password fill out the form (InfoDok 265).

You should get a SMS within 3-4 days.

Is that mean that it is not possible to transfer my phone number to the contract anymore?

Whether it is possible to transfer my second number as a partner number to the contract the same way as you described above?

Yes @StanPolishchuk, it isn't possible about this way you thought.

The only way is to revoke the contracts and order the contract about the way (have a look at the web link I set) again.

I found a thread (only in German) who describes the change CallYa to postpaid incl. partner contract. So I guess you have to took over your woman's CallYa to your name first.
