I bought contract base sim card from vodafone with 15 euro discount for every month but unfortunately they charge me at the normal price!!

where did you signed the contract? Did you receive the offer in writing?

I found the offer on the Vodafone website, then I register for this offer and vodafone sent me the paper contract and I signed the paper then I sent paper contract back to Vodafone.
