Mobile number transfer not happening

I got a new Vodafone mobile connection with number transfer from another provider. I want the number to be transferred immediately. But its more than 2 weeks nothing happened.

Today I got the message from Vodafone that my number will be transferred on 1.10.2019. I want it to be transferred now. Please help.

Hi SRG12345,

it seems that you ordered the number transfer to the end of your old contract and not immediately. Otherwise your number would have been transferred within ~5 workdays to vodafone. Now it is only possible to delete the current transfer, and order it new. This time immediately.

Thanks for your reply. As such there were many other complications with my new connection request. Therefore, the Vodafone shop representative from where I took the connection is canceling the contract right away. I agreed to it.

I would like to get confirmation from you if the cancelation is done or not?

Do I still have to pay anything to Vodafone while the connection is canceled within 14 days?

Danke für deine Antwort. Als solches gab es viele andere Komplikationen mit meiner neuen Verbindungsanfrage. Aus diesem Grund kündigt der Vodafone-Handelsvertreter, von dem aus ich die Verbindung hergestellt habe, den Vertrag sofort. Ich habe zugestimmt.

Ich möchte von Ihnen eine Bestätigung erhalten, ob die Stornierung erfolgt ist oder nicht.

Muss ich noch etwas an Vodafone bezahlen, während die Verbindung innerhalb von 14 Tagen abgebrochen wird?
