falsch iban?

Hallo zusammen

I needed to pay my Mobile bill and transfered the money to this account DE04300700100270704000 that was connected to the SEPA charge..
From a little research I understand that this is not the correct IBAN for these kind of tranfsers or am I wrong? And if it's wrong what can I do

Hi MargKoukou,

welcome to the Community

You're right in that we use this IBAN for debiting your invoice.

However, it should be no problem if you accidentally transferred the amount yourself to this very same IBAN account.

You can send me a private message and I will check if your balance is even.
