Dear vodafone team!

I always understood that within the EU zone,i could use my mobile with no extra charges for phone calls, data and so on.

By chance i was checking my vodafone bill and i figured charges (very high one) for calls i’ve done in netherlands to a phone in the netherlands...

Isn’t NL part of the EU roaming free area?
Why are you charging such calls differently?

where are you exactly? Maybe nearby the border to Germany?

How long are you in the Netherland? More than 4 month?
Maybe a moderator could check the data because they have access on your internal customer data. 🙂
