Hi Everyone,

in 2 months (end of June) i am moving to another EU country. I have a contract for my Mobilfunk that expire at the end of June 2020.

I wonder if the Sonder-recht applicable to my case??

I would like topoint out that despite of the free-roaming i cannot of course use the services at the same prices as if i am in the Netherlands (where i have already booked another Vodafone contract).

I have called the hotline business (cause i have done the contract through a mitarbeiterportal linked to my current company) and they said that indeed i have to pay anyway 3 months (as the eu sonder-recht says) starting from the moment i actually leave the country and not since the moment i have sent the kündigung (as per OLG München, decision from 18/01/2018, decision of OLG Düsseldorf)

welcome to the Vodafone community,

The special cancellation right refers to fixed net contracts, because they can't be moved to another country. It is not applicable to mobile contracts.

Especially when you move to another EU country, you can use nearly all included services of your price plan.
